Ear-parasitic squirming computer noise. Freeform bleep and bloop giving and taking with long pauses for thought(?). Almost-breaking electronic error sound for a binary computer world.
Weston Olencki
NOIIISSSSEEEE BANNNJOOOO!!! NOISE! BANJO! From acclaimed experimental sound maker Weston Olencki no less. Jamming the square pegs of tonal instrumental music and freeform atonal guff into the same round hole. Arpeggiated pleasentry and freeform whacked out noodling get tossed about by the beyond-human computer brain into strange suites that sounds like a scratched up CD of soe lesser known Folkways cut
Leeds and Todmorden teamup from two masters of on-the-spot song assemblage. Yakki Da (fka Basic Switches and aka as Hilary from Cowtown) uses a vast collection of old synths, charity shop Yamahas and abandoned kids toys to beautiful technicolour ends while LDSN creates queasy, shifting inside-a-brain sounding pieces from vocal loops. So just play both of their solo stuff at the same and imagine that but live and then come and see it!
